Had to share my great experience with Dinan!
My experience with the dinan tuner started off a little shaky but ended super strong!
I first purchased my Dinan tune from Golan at AutoTalent back in November 2017 for my coupe. I was excited to install it but found the install difficult, and when I finally got done kept getting check engine lights no matter if I had the bypass plug or the Dinan ecu installed.
Clearly this meant that the plugs were not completely connected so I installed each set of plugs one by one (instead of for all 4 sensors at once) and tested the car with the bypass plug to find out the faulty plug. I did this disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes as per instructed so it was tedious. I found some plugs were manafactured incorrectly.
Golan at autotalent helped me contact Dinan and I sent pictures, back in December. They agreed to replace the harness but I dropped the ball and got busy with work and never sent it in. Meanwhile they moved from NorCal to Opelika AL and the guy in the warranty department left the company, but I gave them a call and they got everything sorted!
Fast forward to now and I sent in my harness and received a new one. Installed it in like 45 minutes (not including 10 minute wait time for the car to sleep) since I got good at installing the plugs during my troubleshooting before. Car pulls hard and no check engine lights to speak of!

TLDR: Had initial problems with the wiring harness but Dinan sorted it out and now I have a working tune on my car
