12.3" Digital Instrument Cluster?

Placed an order and deposit for the 2019 C63S Sedan about 3 weeks ago, was told I am next in line for a slot...

Just one problem - I do NOT have the option "12.3" Digital Instrument Cluster" added to my build, which I assumed was just the center screen above the AC's being increased in size from the standard 10.3". So is this 12.3" option referring to the exact thing in this pic? https://www.caricos.com/cars/m/merce...images/98.html

Does anyone know what my speedometer and such will look like without this option? Will it look like the old gen C63S? Really irritated about this. Contacted my dealer, hopefully I'll be able to adjust it.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

This is an option, it replaces the analog gauges in front of the driver, very cool, I'd try to get it. Think it is a $750 option.

Both 12.3 inch screens are options... one is upgraded nav info screen and the one you are referring to is the instrument cluster... That takes the analog gauges and changes them to a BADASS screen. Sooooo much more info than the analog gauges.. I got both because... why not.. lol

The 12.3 Digital Instrument Cluster is optional ($750US); the color media display is 10.25" and is standard. The multimedia package (incl COMAND navigation) is optional but doesn't increase the size of the media display.

I haven't seen any videos or pics of this year's model with anything other than the digital cluster; only an educated guess that it's the same analog cluster with the digital display in between as the 2018 model. While it's certainly a better-than-decent cluster, it was still a no-brainer to upgrade to the larger digital cluster

This (2018):

vs THIS (along with a boatload of configurable gauges):

Thanks! Makes sense. Dealer replied that he should be able to add that option for me on Monday.

The ordering guide has no explanation as to what that Digital Instrument Cluster is so I ended up overlooking it entirely. It mentioned the 10.25" Center console as "Standard" and then threw in 12.3" as "Optional" nearby so I thought it was talking about the same thing. Doesn't help that every single picture and video of the next gen C-class (and C63S specifically) has that cluster... made it appear as though it was a standard feature / new look of the facelift.

Thanks again for clearing this up!

I thought both were 12.3" upgrades. I stand corrected as the largest size for the nav is 10.25"

Thanks for clearing that up!!!
