what exhaust should I buy ????
hey guys I have a 2017 C63s and I don’t have the performance exhaust and I’m in the market for a exhaust but I don’t know which exhaust to buy and watching videos don’t really help because they all sound the same on video I really wanted to put down pipes but then when I heard they have to drop the Engine to be installed I was done with that lol my Price range is like $1000 to $1800 ....

AWE track exhaust would be simple and reversible. secondary cat delete is a good option. downpipes can be done without dropping the engine if you don't mind having the stock ones cut in half. you would get a CEL with downpipes unless you flash or you have to have special O2 sensors set up. flashing was expensive since the ECU location although DME can now tune our engines through OBD port

You really aren't going to get too much of a difference from just an exhaust as the only thing in the factory system is a muffler. If you want a really noticeable change in sound you'll need to do 2nd cat delete or downpipes all together.

I do not have perf exhaust, and I'm going to do my IPE cat-back install. I will post some clip here for folks to experience the differences. I had the similar struggle when looking for exhaust solution, and thought that I'd just try everything that does not require dropping the engine or a tune, and share my experience. Stay tuned.

get rid of your secondary cats. I got a 2nd cat delete done yesterday and the car is prob 20% louder. you will definitely notice a big difference. race car feels lol
