2019 Aero Package Questions

Hi all, I know this has been discussed at some level on the "deliveries" thread, but just wanted to break things out here so I can get a focused response...I'm looking to order a 2019 C63 S Cabrio and want the Aero Package.

Based on the below, aside from the Side Inserts, it seems there is no overlap with the Night Package. That said, I'm trying to determine if there is need to go with both packages or just one...does anyone have pictures of all these parts? I'm having a hard time understand wiath something like "performance rear apron air vents" look like.

Also, if I wanted a rear spoiler, it seems I would be relegated to a black one (U97)? It's not included in black in either aero nor night packages, correct? Thanks in advance!

I can tell you the window trim will be stock and not black.. same with the silver aluminum outline on the front bumper.. tale pipes will be a silver look too and not black. the Aero lip on the bottom and the air vents meaning the black "flics" right behind the rear wheels will be gloss black. the side skirt inserts will be black.. the side sill inserts are the only thing that is black that is included in the night package be it in the aero design. Basically the aero package is all adapters added onto the existing stock parts. not totally new front and rear ends or even side skirts to my understanding.. just the replacement of the stock side inserts and pieces that add on. No one has a clear answer as to what happens when you add both exterior carbon fiber packages and aero, if the rear diffuser is black or carbon fiber like the piece that attaches from the aero pkg. Euro spec media cars showed the black aero wrapping around the existing carbon fiber diffuser.. the configurators both UK and german show the entire diffuser goes black. No one can for sure say if you get the aero and the cf mirror spoiler package if the spoiler comes in CF in the aero design. With the aero package alone as mentioned in the description you put above says the parts from aero are all gloss black.. The only real confusion is in combination with the CF packages where it appears things go haywire.

Yes, car is ordered. FYI, there is NO aerodynamics package option worldwide for the Cabrio (nor for the Sedan); just the Coupe at this time. I spoke corresponded directly with the AMG C-Class Product Manager in Germany, who confirmed this. According to him, there are still slight differences in the fitment of the front splitter and rear diffusor between the coupe and cabrio. Only the side sills are the same, which you can order separately/indepdendently. I opted to just forego all the customization since it was going to be a lease anyway...
