2019 Ordering Problems?? Anyone else?

Guys, I'm ordering a custom-build of a 2019 C63S Cabriolet and my sales manager is saying they cannot order the car with the Cashmere White Magno paint that I want with the specific options I want on it... Seat/Steering wheel is different (and not a big deal), but this also includes NOT being able to have the Carbon Fiber spoiler, Digital Instrument Cluster and Ambient lighting, which are things I really wanted...is this commonplace and no surprise, or is this some weird thing going on on this year's model?

There's definitely weird **** going on. Its across across the globe and not limited to any 1 market. Mercedes is experiencing delays and difficulties sourcing a number of new components for some reason and that's why some people aren't taking delivery till as late as the summer of 2019. To make matters worse I'm under the impression the 2019 sedans haven't been certified for emissions or something because mine finished production early December and they're not releasing it, just telling me "it's out of their hands" of course they could have told me this before I sold my other car and bought this ****ing thing but obviously the SA wanted to close the deal asap and apparently just gave me a bunch of dates out of his ***. I'm beyond frustrated with the whole deal. I'm coming up on 1 month past the initial "expected delivery " date I was given.

2019 AMG C63 Sedan (Gone and wont be missed)
Man, this crap is making me nervous about my order. They were able to put the build through without any problem but there hasn’t been much communication and I had to chew out my SA for lack of communication. I’ve been assured (by the dealership GM) that I have an order and their working through the allocation process, but no dates of any sort yet.

I’m not sour on the experience yet, because I know some of this is my own fault by wanting the car ASAP but there could be a little better communication through all of this.

what doesn’t make sense for me is that the exact same options with any other color goes through just fine...it’s only cashmere white for some reason?!?! I’m in love with that color so it’s a really annoying situation.
