Spark plugs for 2016 C63s
Hello, pls can you kindly recommend and if possible paste a link from where to purchase Spark Plugs.... Which brand pls would you advise?

Owners manual will tell you exactly what plugs are in the car. You can also remove one from the engine to see what brand/model the spark plug it is. Most local (to you) auto parts places should be able to look up/order whatever plugs you need for less than the dealership will charge or you can shop amazon and find the best price there.
