Car Revs to Really High RPM on Startup
I'm having an intermittent issue where my car revs to 5,000-6,000 RPM on startup.
At first, I thought I might have been stepping on the brake and gas while starting the car, but it's happened quite a few times and it's not that.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

noticed mine gets “stuck” on cold starts In high rpms for a few seconds if I just tap the gas ( which I know I shouldn’t)

Started the car for almost 20 min and only one white bar appeared in the odometer! I was also hearing a sound when I released the gas pedal in that frigid cold.
