Install was easy took about 15 mins total time from start to finish.

One of our clients decided to get some wheels from us this week and thought you would enjoy to see the finished product.
I see that a version of your tune advertises improved exhaust burble & “pops". I don't have mine yet, but ive heard through videos that the facelift C63 seems to have less of a bark on upshifts compared to pre-facelift. Does this aspect of the tune improve that case? Or is the upshift noise not changed too much after the facelift?

Hey @SandSnip3r sorry or the delayed response.
Our tune alone will make any burbles are currently on the vehicle slightly more aggressive to maintain the deep rich tone of the burble.
The added pops we can add with the tune would be the gunshot style, very loud pops/bangs on deceleration. These take away from the natural tone of the AMG burble and make more fo a high pitched, fast paced crackle. If you listen to autovlogs video below you will see what i am referring to.

Another C63 got the Velos Stage 2 treatment this week and more are getting done as we speak!
Since the pic that Oliver posted is me in my car I thought I would take a sec and write an extended review. After a series of emails back and forth with Oliver I went ahead and purchased the Velos tune. The handheld unit arrived promptly. There is software that the device uses and it downloaded and installed on my PC without problems. The written instructions with the handheld are clear but also rather generic ie not specific to my specific vehicle which is a 2019 C63s coupe. Once that was done, downloading the vehicles ECU file to Velos is very simple. Within a day I was emailed back my tune. I'm an impatient guy so I decided to go ahead and install the tune on my car on my own. That was a mistake.
First off, you must use a charger/stabilizer. I purchased one but to be honest the instructions and settings are not really clear and it took some time to figure out how to connect it to our battery (since the battery is physically under the back seat) and what settings it needs to be on to function properly. The ECU must "see" a fully charged battery at all times or it will shut down causing problems during the install. Secondly the 2019 has a key but it is just a fob. You must use the power button to turn the car on and in the case of the 2019 you must depress the button twice to have the car fully ready for installation. That wasn't clear to me. So when I first installed the tune on my own it did not go as planned. I got error codes and in fact the car would not start. This of course freaked me out.
I called Velos talked to Oliver and then Carlos and he totally reassured me that this has happened before. I had either had the stabilizer on the wrong setting, had the ignition in the wrong setting or both and thus the install failed. He talked me through reinstalling the OEM file in the car. It restarted and operated normally and then with his direct real-time help on the phone we reinstalled the tune without issue. Car started right up, ran fine, no codes. Smooth as silk.
Having had it tuned for several days I can say its an amazing transformation. An already fast, powerful car is quite a bit more "alive" and responsive and it is noticeably more powerful just by the seat of my pants. I'm extremely happy with the performance of my already great car.
Let me say this in summary: I have owned a LOT of different cars. I have purchased many products and services in my years. But the customer service I received from Velos during this process was the best I have EVER experienced. Unbelievably good, really. Carlos and Oliver dropped what they were doing on a moments notice to help a worried customer and I am very grateful and very very happy.
If you are contemplating purchasing this tune feel confident in going ahead. You will be happy. Anyone wanting/needing more details or advice on my tune and install feel free to DM me.

I just passed 8000km with OBD Velos tune.. Its AMAZING.
Previously I had only problematic and unreliable JB4. CELs, etc They blamed my car for problems, my transmission for issues...when I removed it everything was fine...
No problems with Velos, no CEL, no hesistation only much more power than stock, much throatier sound.
