Is there anything I should know about the 63? I'm being told that I don't need to do a rear diff. from the dealer after 1,000 miles but I reading that I do is that true?

I believe the rear diff. oil needs to be changed at 2k miles. I'm at about 1800 on my car.

Dark & Menacing

Love that colour with those wheels.

Thank god I had a C43 order fall through after waiting 4 months. Then ended up ordering the C63-S at another dealership instead. Same colour but with Aerodynamics Package on Silver Multispoke Wheels.

I was thinking about the aerodynamic package but I didn't really see much of a difference looking at the pictures, so I put that cash toward a set of Vossen wheels.

Yes you need to have the rear diffuser fluid changed around 2k miles, but you can easily do it yourself as well.

Wait, I thought rear diffuser fluid was drool coming from the person driving behind the OP. I guess I've learnt something new...

Hahah either auto correct got me or I had a alzheimer’s flare up. Forgot to also mention you have to have your blinker fluid change around 2k miles as well.

Ah yes the blinker fluid upkeep on the AMGs. Luckily as a current BMW driver this isn’t an issue. On the sportier BMW trims (esp with the aero package) the blinkers are deleted to save weight, which is why you don’t ever see one of them signal

Congrats on upgrading to such an awesome car! Going from an 18 C43 to a 19 C63, I guess you got a taste for AMG and liked it

Thanks.
I was looking into other cars like the Audi RS5, BMW M3 before ordering the 63, but the 63 was the only one that still have a v8
