Exhaust note with brakes on then off

2010 c300 4matic , 2005 c230 kompressor (totaled) , 97' honda civic, 2018 c63s coupe
Exhaust note with brakes on then off
I’m not sure if it’s the tune or what but when I take my foot off the brakes and don’t apply any gas the exhaust note gets higher? 2018 c63s sport+ mode

Happens in my stock car with secondary cat delete in every mode so its prob not the tune.

I noticed it too on my untuned ‘16 and I think it’s the wet clutch engaging and disengaging.

When you take your foot off the brake, you are decreasing the load on the engine, hence the change in exhaust note.
