Slight Jerk When Doing Tight Turn at Low Speed

Slight Jerk When Doing Tight Turn at Low Speed
Just test drove a 2018 C63s and noticed that when I would do a tight (steering wheel completely turned) turn there was a slight jerkiness in the turn. Is this normal?
