Stop sign / or right turn on red, gear hunting
I know there’s a xentry update for popping sound that is related to gearing, but I am not sure if that will fix my issue. Btw, I don’t have that xentry done yet. Basically, I notice that at a near complete stop, but rolling. Usually at a stop sign or right turn on red situation (not referring to complete stops at stop sign like you should), I believe sometimes the car shifts to first thinking you are stopping, but if you time it just awkwardly you end up with rolling momentum, but when you give just a bit of gas, you end up jerking the car, as now the car is on first gear with rpm at like 4K and you end up gassing more and drive away like an ******* that blew through the stop sign/red light. But that’s only to keep the car smooth enough, not that you want to blow through that stop that quickly.
Today I did this, and there was a bicyclist coming, and I felt terrible. Where another car, I would proceed with enough room for me to go ahead before the bike while going at a sane speed.
