Pulled the Trigger!
I got my RS5 out of the Audi dealership (see Thinking about a change) yesterday and drove straight to a local MB dealer. Did some poking and fishing and headed to work. A couple phone calls and emails later, they had located the exact build i would have specified. Thanks to all who provided input and special thanks to superswiss and mr.guitar for helping this MB noob find the way. I expect to take delivery late next week or early the week of June 10th.
Can't wait!
Stupid question; does the MB audio system have a provision for SD cards? One of the cool features of my soon-to-be-former RS5 was dual SD slots for my music.

W205 has a single SD slot in the console.

This is will typically sound like garbage. Bluetooth loses audio quality vs a direct connection, and if you are streaming compressed MP3’s or a service like pandora, then it compounds the degradation. You will get massively higher quality audio by direct connecting a device like an iPod or SD card loaded with lossless music.

I guess some people can tell a small difference though.

But then again I'm the old fart that still uses SiriusXM.

It is in no way a small difference. Massive fidelity loss and compression of top and bottom range.
The c63 system is not bad at all. Definitely needs setting up properly, and it’s not going to thump you in the chest with bass, but it is far above average for a factory system.
