New to Mercedes
Hello everyone,
I've been doing some research the last few days and am looking to buy here pretty soon. Before I pull the trigger, I have a few questions in regards to reliability when modified. I know being a forum these have probably been answered 1500 times but I would appreciate some fresh and up to date information.
I've read that the transmissions are good to about 700hp before the clutches start to give out, are the gears pretty strong? How about the rear end?
How much power can the fuel system support? I'm not seeing any mods for fuel outside of Meth injection.
How well does the engine hold up to high power mods?
If you can't tell, I'd like to build something 700+ hp. I have 4 or 5 cars on my list and I keep coming back to the C63 as I've loved Euros for as long as I can remember. I appreciate any knowledgeable feedback. TIA.
