Another newbie question. Or two
Probably a silly one but the manual says (2019 cab) check the oil using the dipstick if there is one, else the computer under “service / oil level”. No such menu item is there so I lifted the bonnet and can’t see the dipstick. Am I being stupid?
Also, anyone else have a cabrio? The bit about waving your foot under the boot/ trunk to open it. Doesn’t work. Is it meant to in the cab?

As for the trunk , I only have that on our c43 , and it works by swiping right ... (lol) but I forgot if I had to enable it..
They spent more time on setting up the APP, and all that then other items.

Should be under AMG menu ,did your Sale rep or anyone not walk you thru all the setup etc.. ?? (just curious)

Yes, he walked me through it but it was late in the evening and a bit rushed as we had to complete the deal by end of month and it arrived late at the dealership. Not ideal but I got the deal that I wanted. He opened the bonnet but didn’t mention oil level.

Are you getting a low oil warning or something ? or whats prompting you to look for the oil stick ?

Thankyou. No. Just interested to know how to check it. My M3 used to need a top up every 5k but apparently these engines are better on oil (better all round). Heading off on a 1,000 mile trip next week so just wanted to check it before I go.
