NOTE: The valve is bad, I ordered a new "H" pipe instead of repairing or playing with the actuator (which can be either replaced, removed, or what ever) <- I dont have time to deal with items like that :-(
The actual pipe and such are 100% functional.. the valve is loose (actuator flap)
(you could remove the valve and leave it OPEN )

I had an issue with my H-pipe valve from AWE Track Exhaust... It would squeak (h-pipe valve/open/closed). AWE did send me a new one after I sent them a video with the issue. They replaced it, just took 6 months, back and forth....
