Isn't that just a prediction about what they are expecting and there have been no official or unofficial (eg. spy shots) mentions of the Black series C63 otherwise? I would expect more exterior (eg. wider body), interior (eg. branding) and some body (eg. suspension, lighter weight components, etc.) related changes and some sort of engine tune (to add more differentiation in terms of power) in the Black series, but not a complete different powertrain itself.
Since there are different tunes of the M177 engine, I see MB using one of these with higher power output rather in the Black series. Unless the regular W205 C63/C63S get the 48V mild-hybrid treatment (very highly unlikely), I don't see the Black series getting it since it's a big change by itself. Same goes for AWD, since that would indicate a much bigger change.
The W206 C63/C63S is highly likely to get both AWD and the 48V mild-hybrid treatment.
