Cost of Service/Maintenance in the first 4 yrs / 40,000 miles
I'm trying to figure out what is the average cost of service/maintenance (for the four services) during the first 4 years / 40,000 miles. I know price varies by region/location, but just trying to get a ballpark. I'm in the SF Bay area, California if it matters. I'm evaluating if there is any value in purchasing pre-paid maintenance plan. I checked with few dealers and everybody is selling them for MSRP, and the quotes I received were are all at MSRP which seems way too expensive IMO. For example for four services, MBUSA's MSRP is $2,850.
I understand Service A is cheaper compared to Service B, would be good to see some rough estimates for each of these.
