C63s 2020 w206 Delay
Does anybody know what’s up with the C63s 2020 delay? I ordered my C63s coupe and it’s stuck at a Florida port. Mercedes seems to be having some sort of 2020 release issues?

As discussed and mentioned on other threads, the 2020 have not been released yet. It was expected that they won't get released until October/November timeframe in line with past MY. The AMGs are pretty much always the last cars to be released. They prioritize the regular models, because those are the volume sellers and money makers. Every MY has to be certified before it can be officially released for resale. Somebody just posted on another thread that they messaged MBUSA on Facebook and asked when the 2020s will be released and they answered with late November. For comparison, the 2019s were not released until January.

Thanks for the correction. I must have misread that. But it looks like it's going to be November as many here have predicted earlier in the year. Then all these cars that are waiting at the VPC have to be transported to their respective dealerships, so it's probably gonna be late November, early December before all these cars have been delivered.

hopefully december is a long stretch. i have a 2020 on order myself and the wait is frustrating. please continue to post updates. i tried contacting mb customer care but they said they have no information
