Infotainment Rebooting Constantly - Loss of Drive Functions as Wel
Has anyone experienced behavior from their car of the infotainment system rebooting constantly? Mine is rebooting about every minute, and you can hear it spin down and back up. I’ve tried a hard reset and it still has the same behavior. Started this morning.
I noticed on the way home that I’ve also lost drive mode selections and exhaust / auto start stop control too. Weird that those are somehow related...
I’m dropping it off at the dealer on Monday, just curious if anyone else had something like this.

Infotainment trouble
Well I'm very interested to hear what they found at the dealer.
My 2016 c450 started doing the exact same thing yesterday. Constantly rebooting , turns on for a minute the off then off then on.......... PLEASE RESPOND. Just past factory warranty of course..

My car is a w204 C63 but my radio was doing the same thing. Ended up being the satellite radio module was failing and overheating causing the fiber optic link to be broken between the infotainment system and various components. Mercedes dealership installed a fiber optic loop and bypassed the satellite radio module as I don’t use it and the module was $1500.
