So... bad day today. I've had my 2019 C63s for about 4 months now. A little over 3,500 miles on it. Ended up getting sideswiped by a lady pulling out of a parking spot.
Minor damage on the wheel well, rim and front fender. A tiny dent and scratches/paint transfer. She has good insurance and took full liability which is good, but my question is about diminished value. I'm assuming since we filed a police report and went through insurance that this will end up on carfax as an accident. I'm trying to figure out, how much should I push for in terms of diminished value with her insurance company? Anyone gone through this we these cars?
Really sucks but.. I suppose it could be worse.. I'm in PA by the way.

I also didn’t know that insurance have the right to use non oem parts. I choose to pay extra $100 extra on the policy for oem parts on my AMG and M cars.
