It can't possibly self lower on stock factory suspension. It's the traditional spring/coil with no air available on W205s. As others said it only changes the damping.

aMaybe you read this from the same download manual I read using a Google search. The link search stated an AMG C63s manual - what I downloaded was a AMG GLC63s manual (maybe my mis-read link or signs of old age.) It mentioned auto lowering at speed with the air suspension. Before realizing the manual wasn't for my 2018 AMG C63s coupe I was surprised that I hadn't known about this feature and that air suspension was included on my car.
As I understand you just purchased your 2020 C63s. Did you receive a separate small manual just for the AMG features in the manual bundle? I purchased my C63s used without the manuals and then purchased the manual set. It didn't include a separate manual for the AMG features, just the C class manual with only a few mentions of the AMG features, missing many of the high tech AMG features.

For the 2020 the manuals might not be available for all models (for example the AMG supplement), and you can use the 2019 one instead since not much has changed between 2019 and 2020.
