Squeaky Brakes on New 2019 C63 AMG
Hi everybody. So I am brand new on this site and I searched "squeaky brakes" and about a billion posts came up about this topic which was pretty overwhelming.
Bought my 2019 in June and the brakes have always squeaked. I had the experience that many others have had on this site: The service people basically said that it was normal for my brakes to squeak.However, when I called them recently, they said that I probably needed new brakes. I told them my car was only about 6 months old so why would I need new brakes already?
I've seen posts about replacing my current brakes with ceramic brakes and suggestions for many other ways of resolving this problem.
Can anyone give me a definitive solution to fixing the problem of squeaky brakes in C63 AMGs? Thanks so much in advance. Love my fast little car but hate the sound It makes whenI have to slow down!

My car used to break a little squeaky when it sat for a while (a month or so). I usually give it some hard breaking and it's gone. Someone once said it's just dirt. But if you're insecure, take it to a good indy shop. I don't usually trust dealer when it comes to high end products.

Although, I don't currently own a C63, I have had several AMG's (1) C63, (2) E63. I've learned that the dealership will not address your issue.
Your best bet, like many others have done including me, is to change to carbon ceramic pads, and be done with it.
The squeaky brakes are a thing of the past, and the best part is no brake dust. The trade off, is that carbon ceramics don't have great initial bite as the OEM pads do.
