I just rented a C63 from Hertz and I’m curious about the ugly axx wheels if they are a Hertz only item or were sold with the cars.

Bet they're a cheap AMG wheel that doesn't cost as much as the higher priced spread. Especially when they get curbed as much as that rim is...

This wheel is sold on new vehicles. It is the basic AMG wheel

i have seen it on a brand new silver C63s coupe on my dealers lot...and was wondering who would want that. Looks weird even w/o curb rush.

That wheel is so ugly the curb rash actually disguises it and makes it look better.

The best ones I've seen in Houston (two now...) are sedans running, no lie, Ben Hur spoke wheels that stick out two (2) feet!
