Ethical question...

Long story short my car is getting stage 2 work done tomorrow without Cup 2's and Bruce is out $1000. So who's problem is it now?
By The Way - I refrained from sending "Who's problem is it now?" privately... but since you aired your own dirty laundry out here it is...
My ad was straight forward. YOU ACCEPTED THE DEAL: $1,000 PLUS S&H!
Those costs, whatever they were, were not my problem. They were your responsibility. Next time do your friggin research up front and NOT AFTER YOU PAY FOR THE PRODUCT. I told you my zip. I also told you to use Tire Rack for height, weight and width of fronts and rears then call any UPS or FedEx store to get a quote. But you didn’t like the numbers. Your solution? I pay half?
That’s laughable and sad. Like I said. They’re mine now. Not yours. After your tune you’ll need tires soon enough Good luck getting anything from anyone on this forum. I wouldn’t trust you again. GL slick. You’re gonna need it.

To refuse to pay $100 is just stubborn, not much else to it.
It was an unfortunate mixup with her thinking it would be $100 but it really being $400. Dealing with larger entities you can be more stubborn but when you're using paypal to deal directly with another human being, why can't you be a bit more understanding? She clearly accepted her mistake by offering to pay $300, you only had to pay $100.

I ESTIMATED the cost at about ~$25/tire. I should not have estimated. That’s my fault.
But, $1,300 for a set of new Sport Cup 2’s ain’t bad. Bottom line: the buyer’s loss.
With a Stage 2 tune, the buyer will need tires soon enough. And they’ll pay a hellofalot more for a new set when that time comes.
Me? I’m good. I have a brand new set of Cup 2’s to install come spring.
