2017 C63s Coupe
C63S comparo

New to the forum guys and wanted to share my thoughts on my car.

I have owned an iridium silver 2016 C63s coupe for 3 months. Bought it with approx 9,000kms from Tynan Miranda.

Previous drives were a modified R32 GTR (300Kw), an R33 GTR VSpec, an SL500, a 2017 Ford Mustang GT. People ask me why I chose the current car compared to my previous drives. Well, the decision was mainly based on 'if I kick the bucket tomorrow, I would have lived out a dream I've had for ages'. While the GTR's had blistering performance, the SL500 had a tonne of luxury and the Mustang had that good old American feel and awesome V8, the C63s coupe gives me ultra luxury but something totally unique and special. I drive it daily and know that its s supreme car compared to those around me in traffic. Sometimes I get a smart *** in a Golf R or an M3 tailgate me and I feel the supreme confidence that I can smoke so easily I don't bother. To driver a car that I know I'll only be able to use 65% power which will still leave me blown away, is an amazing feeling. And to hear the turbos spooling up, the relentless shove in the seat followed by the shotgun bangs from the exhaust knowing its all completely factory standard and legal is SPECIAL.

Kudos to AMG for delivering a vehicle that is engineered so well, has so much character and is so awe inspiring. I thought I had driven the spectrum of performance across different legendary cars but with my current car, I can't image ever leaving the AMG family

The car is a weapons grade speed machine

Mikey, it's good to meet you mate. I also bought mine from Tynan Mercedes in Miranda. Robin the tech has been working on mine for the past few months fixing a few small things up for warranty like the exhaust rattle etc. and he's been good to me. Never charged me for work even though my warranty had run out. He also updated my software a few weeks ago too and the car pops and bangs all the time now. It's a riot

In regards to the smartasses, yeah I feel exaclty like you mate, except it's always sh*t c*nts in Commodores, Falcons and Hilux's that try and tailgate on the M5 motorway.

Should meet up some day and go for a drive bro.

See you around.

Thanks for the feedback Jimmy. Yes we should catch up soon to compare notes on our cars. I've read many of your posts and find them really helpful.

Is your a daily driver or a weekender?
