It takes a LONG time for them to get your order confirmed. Then it takes an even longer time to actually ship your item. I ordered the Red Start/STOP button from them and it took almost 1 month to get it. It took about a week and a half before I got my order confirmed and another week for shipping information.
Just be patient, it will be a LONG TIME. lol

Apparently my experience has been the same as others. Yomato said when you receive shipped email that it will contain tracking. Nope. Multiple people have apparently tried to contact them several times via multiple means. No response to anyone. To the point that people have had to contact their credit card companies to reverse the transaction since Yomato goes AWOL. Quite a shoddy operation it seems.

I called one of their dealers also located in Montreal to see if they knew anything about what's going on at Yomato. He tried calling them and also got no response. He also mentioned there has not been any disruption with shipping / carriers up there. So between that disproved excuse and how they are ghosting all customers, it seems something shady is going on with Yomato.
