W204 2011 C63 Short circuit to ground faults

My 2011 W204 C63 AMG is giving me 7 below faults and my radiator fan is stuck on high/ is kicking in a minute after starting the car.
it all started after i hit something on road while driving on a freeway.
I have used the XENTRY machine for diagnosis.

1070 : Secondary air valve 1 has a short circuit
1074 : Actuation of the charge movement flap cylinder bank 1 has a short circuit to ground.
0850 : The purge valve of the evaporative emission control system has a short circuit to ground.
0154 : The coolant thermostat has a short circuit to ground.
0442 : The output for the heater of the oxygen sensor 1 (cylinder bank 1) has a short circuit to ground.
0446 : The output for the heater of the oxygen sensor 1 (cylinder bank 2) has a short circuit to ground.
0426 : The output for the heater of the oxygen sensor 2 (cylinder bank 1) has a short circuit to ground.
0430 : The output for the heater of the oxygen sensor 2 (cylinder bank 2) has a short circuit to ground.

I got the car lifted up and all i found was a small knock on the exhaust silencer but the exhaust not leaking.
Anyone experienced this fault before , thanks in advance.

I'll speak generally, before a bunch of people give you a hard time for posting in a W205 forum

I would obtain a wiring diagram. The "short to ground" codes are telling you there is no power at each component.. The description of the parts all suggest that they are 12v and that the ecu switches grounds to operate them. The rad fan on full also suggests the fan controller is also not powered/dead, as that is a default mode.

I would look closely at the wiring diagram starting with the O2 sensors, where the 12v power for each heater circuit comes from (i'm already assuming it's all the same source but the diagram will confirm it). Then follow the other components and see if they share the same power. If they do. Inspect that wire from source to each component. I'm also assuming the diagram will show you that these items do share power wiring as it's common practice. If there are no actual shared/common power wires you need to look at the areas of the harness that have all the power wires for each of those parts grouped together. Once you know where to look, examine the harness for damaged/cut wires.

If this makes sense to you, you should be able to figure it out. If not, you are better off taking it to a shop.

Good Luck.
