CEL and codes, misfires
Update: solution below
Hoping for some help with some odd error codes that I haven't been able to figure out.
Car: 2017 AMG C63, JB4 only, map 4 w/ E30 mix daily
A couple days ago, under lazy traffic driving I got a flashing CEL. Idle went rough, and the car went into safe mode. I pulled over, CEL still flashing, and read codes but got nothing. A minute later, the CEL went solid, I read codes again and got the following:
0300 - random/multiple cyl misfires
0303 - misfire cyl 3
0201 - injector circuit malfunction cyl 1
0600 - serial link communcation
0000 - unknown
I read and deleted codes multiple times but they all came back immediately, same set.
Plugs are old so I had them replaced with OEM ones by a local shop i know. After new plugs, engine still idles rough and had a solid then flashing CEL. Tech ran codes again and got a bit diferent set:
0106 - The intake manifold pressure sensor has a malfunction. The limit value for electrical voltage has not been attained.
152B - Leak detected in the intake air system , bank1
2279 - Leak detected in the intake air system , bank1
0300 - Misfire, the signal amplitude is greater than the maximum amplitude.
0301 - Misfire Cyl 1, There is a signal fault or the messages faulty
Shop says the old plugs and coils seem fine, and suggested it may be an electrical problem somewhere, but they didnt have the expertise to diagnose further.
He did showed me the battery voltage read from his scan tool that showed battery is puttiñg out 13-14v so it is healthy voltage-wise, but after letting the engine run for a min or two the voltage would start fluctuating like a heart rate monitor, which tech said wasnt normal?
I brought the car home and to eliminate possibilities, I removed the JB4 entirely. I started the engine and still got same symptoms - flashing CEL and rough idle.
Next stop is the dealer as its under warranty.
Checking to see if anyone has had these codes, or any ideas what could be the problem.
Thanks

Got a flashing CEL that went solid along with a real rough running engine on my way home a couple of weeks ago. Stopped the car, turned off and on, CEL gone and was running fine. Then when I got about 0.5 miles from home it happened again, this time the CEL remained after stop/start (even overnight). Ran an OBDII scan and got P0304 (cylinder 4 misfire).
Scheduled service at the dealer. They confirmed the cylinder 4 misfire, it was in the shop for a week. The fix referenced TSB LI07.61-P-070707 and they updated the "ME Software" and then had to do a bunch of "engine adaptation drives" with follow up testing after each one. Seems to have done the trick. Car is a 2017 C63 non-s for reference.
