PTG1000 turbos. Doug Sawyer got his car into the 9's with these and did the install for me. I'm as **** as they get and Doug's installation was flawless. Right now just the turbo's and catless downpipes. I purchased the DP's from Shardul and even Doug commented he was impressed and they fit perfectly. Very happy with overall package.

How's the driveability compared to stock? Much lag? What do you have planned for the transmission? What are your ultimate plans for the car?
Sorry for all the questions, just interested in other options than the Pure hybrid route and like that these are ball bearing turbos.

These were previously sold by Yabeela. I believe they no longer have access to these turbo's. I had an inside track directly to PTG who made these for Yabeela. I've heard they want to stay in the background but let me check.

Only have driven the car about 85 miles home from install but it drove fantastic. As good or better than stock. I couldn't feel it but I'm told the power curve probably has shifted 500rpm to the right. The ball bearing units spool up almost as quickly as the stock turbo's even though they are larger. Car is probably 650-670 rwhp with catless downpipes. Contrary to what many people on here say, these cars run out of fuel at around 650 rwhp. I don't have air intake yet as PTG is also about to release their own new intake. All their products are top notch so waiting for that. It will be an enclosed setup with flat filters similar to the DIME units. Also, Doug Sawyer is putting together a Meth systems for me. Once fueling is solved and air intake is added, the true power of these big turbo's can be realized. Haven't done TCU tune yet but will be doing shortly.

Good stuff. Have you looked into or considered an HPFP upgrade from Spool? Spool M177 HPFP
It isn't cheap, but if it works as advertised (50% more flow), it could help with the fueling situation so you aren't relying solely on methanol injection.

I was guessing that but did not find any old link describing them on yabeela or a direct link to PTG - just no search results. Yeah, Yabeela seemed to have gone downhill...

The experts I've been talking to have concerns about the Spool HPFP. They got pretty technical on why they had concerns and I'm not sure I captured everything they said. I probably would prefer a non-meth solution to fueling but until I've read someone implemented the Spool HPFP successfully, I'll probably sit on the sidelines. The other interesting option (and also expensive) is the ZAC Motorsports billet manifold inlets. It feels like things are starting to happen for this platform and hopefully we'll all know more soon.

If you go to the product announcement Yabeela did on ********* forum you will see they reference the PTG turbo.
