2018 C63S

W205 Front Spoiler/Lip Replacement Question

Hi all, new to the site and couldn't really find any info on this, so I figured I'd ask. Sorry if I'm in the wrong place, still getting used to everything.

I ordered a carbon fiber front spoiler replacement, this one specifically: https://global.cksperformance.com/pr...te-wagon-kombi

I was wondering if this is something I could do myself relatively easy or if I'd have to bring it into a shop.

Pretty sure you need to remove the front bumper and whether that's something you feel comfortable doing. There are lots of youtube videos on the process.

Supposedly possible w/o taking the bumper off but people who tried reported its hard to do w/o braking some of the tabs of the OEM one.

Ah, noted. I'm going to have a shop do it this week because that bumper is a pain to get off without an easy way to get under the car. Appreciate the info.
