Question How to raise rear headrests?

**EDIT: I mistakenly posted this here, instead of the W204 forum. So I've posted it there, but am unsure how to delete this one.**

Hi all! I just got a 2020 C63 S Cabriolet and am loving it.

The only issue which is vexing me is that I can't figure out how to adjust the rear headrests. I'm beginning to wonder if it's even possible since it's a cabriolet? All I'm trying to do is raise them an inch so I can fit straps around the metal brackets for a seat protector for my dog. But I haven't found anything in the manual to describe how to do it.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

In case anyone was wondering about this: I finally got confirmation from my dealer that the rear headrests cannot be adjusted at all.

I'm very surprised and disappointed by this, but oh well.
