water meth injection on stock turbos...

Quick question, I am inching closer to doing some decent mods on my 2016 C63s wagon. I will be upgrading the DP's and adding a new 3'm Titanium exhaust, already added carbon air intakes and the final parts will be bigger turbos with water meth injection (WMI). My question is, has anyone added WMI using the standard turbos and were there any HP gains/benefits after fitment and re-tuning? I have enough money to fit the WMI now along with the other mods but not quite the extra $11k (AUD) for the bigger turbos, yet. So wondering should I fit the WMI now or wait until I can afford the bigger turbos? If there can be some HP made by fitting it now using the stock turbos with the re-tune (car has already had a stage 1 tune and got 375kw at the wheels, up from 307rwkw) then I would fit now as I will need it later anyway but if there is no benefit HP wise, even after a tune using the stock turbos I'll just wait... Thanks in advance for any feedback and/or suggestions.
