Trofeo R 265-295 vs R888R 275-305

Trofeo R 265-295 vs R888R 275-305
Here in Mexico I can’t find the Pirelli Trofeo R in 275-305 width for my C63S, but the Toyos I can find in those sizes. So it is an unusual comparison, but the price is virtually the same.
Out of those two choices, which would be better? (for track days of course)
From the review on the “Tyre Reviews” YouTube channel, it seems like the Trofeo R is better than the R888, but that was the old R888, not the new R888R, and I can fit a wider Toyo, so more grip.
Thoughts?
