Passenger side front window
Hello everyone , I recently just joined the AMG family from Bmw M. I’m not to familiar with the AmG as of yet. I have encountered the issue of my passenger side front window not rolling down . Luckily it is stuck in the up position. All of my controls on my master controller is working. Every other window is working perfectly fine. The seat controls and heated seats are also working for the passenger seat. Any ideas what it could be ? I was thinking a fuse ? I do live in NYC so maybe I was thinking it could be frozen as we just had a bad streak with cold weather in the past week with freezing rain and everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It is a 2019 c63 base with a little over 10k miles. I have CPO until 2025 but I figured if it was something minor or if anyone experience this before just didn’t want to have to bring into the dealer

the window prob came off track, i would def take to dealer. so you can make sure you have record if anything in door goes nuts.
