That pic you posted above is not the Mercedes carbon fiber front splitter, it is from RWCarbon. You can see the watermark on the pic itself.
I have the RWCarbon front splitter and rear diffuser on my C63. I didn't opt for the lip spoiler as I didn't want to risk damaging it on a parking stop or pulling into a steep driveway. You can order from RWCarbon on their website but you will need to remove the front bumper cover to install these pieces, same with the rear diffuser. It is a few hours labor to do both. I had RWCarbon do the install on mine and I'm happy with the results. It's funny, they took some pics of my car after they were done with the install but I doubt they'll use them. The car was kind of dirty so I'm sure the pics came out awful.
And FTR I did not do that damage drilling holes into my front bumper. That was the idiots at the dealership.

I have the RW bumper trim as well and the fit and finish is great! Highly recommend. Install is labor intensive, but not difficult, during these odd times I've had a lot of free weekends so time wasn't an issue...haha.

I feel you, I took my plate off not long after purchase as I was planning to plug the holes with those painted buttons...but there were six holes...SIX...wth. needless to say the front plate went right back on.

It’s a quality piece. I was a little concerned that it wouldn’t look right because I don’t have the night package so the pieces this replaced were silver but it looks great. RWCarbon is only about an hour from where I live so I drove up to their shop and had them do the install.
Those front trim pieces look great in carbon fiber. I will likely add some to my car in the future as well.

I encountered the same thing, but there were EIGHT holes. I ended up taking the car to a good body shop and having it all repaired. Came out great.
