Questions on ECU tune, Secondary cat delete, and will a dealer remove top-speed linit

2021 C63s AMG Coupe
Does anybody have experience with the Dinan piggyback tune (Dinantronics Elite Performance Tuner) product that they sell for our cars? It's basically $2,000 after taxes. They claim it gives up to about a +80-point horsepower bump, about +125 lb-ft torque increase, more or less, and that it is undetectable by the dealer. They say they back it with a 4year/50K Mile warranty equivalent to the Factory MBUSA warranty, if you buy it and use the product.
- would the dealer be able to detect if a piggyback product was used, if its removed before bringing in to the dealer for service?
- does anybody use this product and have feedback?
- can the face-lift, 2019+, C63s AMG coupe handle that kind of power increase without modifying other stock internal components in order to support the power increase?
