Widest tire for stock height and wheels on C63s sedan?

Looking to get some new tires for the rear this summer. I’m seeing a lot of people saying they’re running 295/30/19 in the rear....

are you guys running spacers or anything?

will it fit fine with stock height and wheels?

thinking of lowering it as well this summer...will that size tire be ok with H&R or Eibach springs? Would spacers be needed if it’s lowered?

sorry for the repeat post I’m sure, but i can’t find a post or posts with all the questions i have.

thanks

This is my setup stock height no problems what so ever.

Front PS4S 255/35/19 12.5mm spacers
Rear R888R 285/35/19 no spacers

Im on stage 2. Traction is good, but it still will rip thru 3rd gear if you really want it too

I run 265/30/20 and 285/30/20 on my sedan. front is +35 and rear +57 offset. That together with pretty aggressive lowering I can barely fit a pencil in between tire and fender...but fits ...if you want to go wider I assume you would have to further increase offset to bring them in a little but not sure how much room is left on the struts/suspension side then.

So time to change my tires on my stock 19” black forged rims on sedan.
Which is better 255/35/19 front and 285/30/19 rear or 255/35/19 and 285/35/19?
I want the ride to be same as stock, just wondering if 285/30/19 rear would make ride more harsh compared to 285/35/19.
Also no added spacers.

check the specs of the tires you plan to run, but typically 255 is the widest tire approved for an 8.5" rim & 275 for a 9.5".

This was my second option going 255:275 but wanted to see if I can safely go wider on the rear to 285. I see a lot of guys here have 285 on their rear so hoping 285 on stock 19” is fine. Just wondering is it better to go 30 or 35 for rear.
