Service Cost
I recently had my first oil change done since I've owned the car. When the car was purchased we had a full service completed like the car was a CPO. So this was just an oil change and new windshield wipers, which ended up costing $509. I fully understand that I'm paying a premium for a high performance car, but even so from the research I've found I would expect this to cost more in the $250-$300 range. Could anyone tell me if they had similar experiences or if this seems like something is wrong?
For clarity: my dad's E63 oil change at a dealership is consistently in the $200 range.
Thank you!

Post up the breakdown of the cost. Did they charge an hour labor to install wipers? When I did one with my old c63 is was like 200 at dealership. But I did them myself after that.

I will have to wait until I'm home to post the full breakdown, but from memory the labor was $204 and did not specify an hourly charge just more of a total labor cost. From the time the car was dropped off to the time I left it was about an hour and 45 minutes and couldn't have been more than an hour for the time the car was actually being worked on.

my dealer charges $260+tax or so for oil change...not much different for any other MB at the dealer. Can be a little lower based on engine (amount and type of oil) but its fairly standard.

Thanks for the info! That's much more on par with what I was expecting. This is my first experience with this dealership and I was surprised as I figured it would be pretty standard across dealerships.
