OBDII: Outside air temperature sensor - high input
My thoughts so far:
- I had a paint shop paint my front bumper and I guess the temperature sensor was not reconnected properly. But would not think that would cause CEL.
- Fuel system pressure does not sound great, but car runs fine otherwise so might not be the cause.
- Camshaft position does not sound great and I could find a lot of cases for the magnets to go bad with the W204, but not the W205. Is there a similar magnet to be changed with the W205 engines?
What do you guys think?

The sensors are commodity parts bin items that are used across vehicles, engines and model years. I think, but not 100% sure, the same is true for the magnets/solenoids.
Replacing cam position sensors is common due to sensor failure or oil penetration through the sensors and into the harness, working its way to the ECU.
Same comment with magnets. They can fail and also can leak oil into the harness.
Separately, some MB engines suffer from chain tensioner problems and chain stretch. Some engines are afflicted with this more than others.
All of the above can cause CEL, related to cam positioning. Misfire may or may not occur.
Suggest you do some thorough digging into the cam sensor and magnet harness connectors to look for signs of oil.
I think the fuel related code is a separate failure or issue.
Its possible they had let the batter run down or low , which would/could cause the car to re-check some items, which then would cause the CEL on the codes too...
Although the camshaft one is the interesting one.
I had the car for an oil change and inspection, paint was done right after. Car did not show the CEL initially, but during a 350km drive (leading me to believe the temperature sensor is unrelated to CEL).
Cleared the codes for now and will wait a few kilometers if they reappear and then dig a little deeper into the engine bay.

Initially the CEL reappeared immeadiately (200m drive). I read out the errors again and they were (except for the temp sensor) completely different from two days ago, now ignition coil A for example.
I cleared again, then CEL disappeared for about 15km only to reappear and now the readout gives again a different set of errors (for example ignition coil E). This time I have attached the whole thing. Maybe you guys can make something of it?
