Quickjack Feedback

This has been asked a while back with no real world feedback from members. Who is using a Quickjack on their C63? What model of Quickjack do you have? Did you have to purchase the lift bar extensions accessory? Any problem with enough ground clearance for the jack with its lifting blocks?

I’ve had the 7000SLX for a few years now , it’s great if you don’t have the space for a full size two post in your garage. You will need the extensions as the standard SLX only contacts 50% of the lift pads when central to the two points (you could use them laterally on lift points depending on what job your doing )

Thanks for the info. Do you use just one small QuickJack lift block in the jack lifting point along with a Mercedes lifting pad?

I've got the 5000 with the frame extenders and it works great! I usually use 1 block when lifting...

The extensions are supposed to increase the height of the QuickJack 1.5". With this height increase the QuickJack still fits under the car with no problem lifting?

you have to put the lifting blocks inside the extensions before sliding it under the car, otherwise it doesn't have any clearance issues.
