Good day,, my W205 C63s mixed oil and water and took engine Temoerature high.. The car engine still starts with No problem.. Could it be that I have blown Cylinder head gasket or by luck maybe my oil separator is gone.. Thank you

That's likely to be a serious issue. If it was me, I wouldn't start/drive the car at all ... I'd have it trailer'd to a dealer/shop for proper diagnosis.
