I recently took out ModalWorks intake with Dry air filters from my car before visiting the dealer for annual service.
While I really liked improved throttle response and power that it delivered, I did not become fan of the additional turbo spool and blow off valve sound that it generated. I decided to just keep using the stock intake system for now.
I purchased this intake brand new directly from ModalWorks 6 month ago and had it running on my car for about 3k miles.
I have been using different set of air filters with the system so the Dry air filters that I am including with this intake system is almost brand new (less than 50 miles on them).
Everything that came originally from ModalWorks is included.
