Why is there not many low 10s ...even 9s m177 ???

2006 cls 55 amg
Why is there not many low 10s ...even 9s m177 ???
i sold my cls 55 amg...that was runing 11.2 ..in the 1/4 mile.....and looking to buy a 2016 c63.....the car is less weight,,,full forged internal,,,so a lot of potential,, ( 1 or 2 running 10,4....10.6..thats about it .)..... and for tuning.....what the best option ...with cats deleted and race fuel....i had good experience with OE tuning in the pass for my cls....

High 9's to Low 10's in a 4,000 car is going to need Upgraded turbos and may be meth injection along with DPs and proper tune.

rs7 are heavier...4.0l..TT..and many are low tens....even in the 9s........im looking also at rs7....but i like more c or e 63s

The stock turbos are good for 540 to 560whp but die after 5500 rpms. The e63 twinscroll turbos are way bigger.. look at a e63 if you want 10s with stock turbos.

My father had a stock E63 with Renntech catless downpipes (when they wre rear wheel drive) and Renntech Flash. He made his own intake system and did a tans tune as well it ran 10.4's all day - I here ya

I think the Weitech W.3 Turbos will do the job. I will sell mine (with less than 100 miles on them) for $4,000

Pretty sure the RS7 is all wheel drive as well. Which will greatly help getting the power to the ground. The C63 is rear wheel drive only and traction can be an issue even when bone stock.

A better comparison to the RS7 would be the E63s, which is also all wheel drive.

PLUS the Audi is AWD so yes it gets off the line a ton better. I would say the C63 with stock tires is the world worst car off the line (JK). But it prettty bad. To say it overpowers the stock tires is an under-statement

Check out Premier Tuning Group on Instagram. They solve this problem. Many guys out there running low 10’s and even 9’s. They are the ones that make the parts snd tuning to allow this to happen. It’s relatively easy to do it if you’re willing to install the right parts.

premiertuninggroup is their handle.

Its a 9 second car for sure. I have not pushed it because its 117 here in AZ and I just don't want to push my car knowing the end result number will be great for sure but not close to what it will be in 3 months when it cools down by 30 degrees
