This just sounds very fishy to me, because the tire pressure can vary so much on these cars depending on what you set it to. They have about an equal influence as the tire itself. Then add humidity, ambient temperature and elevation, and you have an additional set of variables that can influence the performance of the tires.
Hello,

In my case, I have tested low, medium and high pressures. And in all cases, the vibrations appeared in the PS4s from those speeds.

I have already commented, the tires were rebalanced (twice in two different places) and even, my last test was to completely disassemble and inflate the tires with nitrogen and the same thing was still happening.

I think that no one has ever found a tire by testing because I didn't believe it was their problem. In other cars I have and have had PS4s and without any problem, but the AMG does not swallow them at high speeds.

I am genuinely curious about this. Perhaps one final question, what model years are those cars, given that 2019+ have a different and improved suspension?

Ok, well that would be a common denominator right there and could explain why I haven't observed this. Mine is a 2019.

What’s interesting is that I actually had higher speed steering wheel vibrations with fairly new PS4S in stock sedan 245/265 19” sizes, not marked with any OE spec. I was planning on checking for balance when I had two separate tires take on punctures about 2 Weeks apart, the second one being at the edge of the shoulder very close to the start of the sidewall.

when discount told me they can’t repair due to the location, I decided to use the opportunity to upsize to 255/275 35/19 as I needed to replace one front and one rear. I ended up going with the PZ4 Pzero’s, front Marked ALP for Alpina, the rear BMW star marked (I believe for the new g80 competition m3). Zero vibrations well into triple digits and a ton of rear grip and great wet performance.

I highly recommend them.

Quick follow up. I think I mentioned that my rears were worn. I discovered that the right rear tire was actually worn down to the belts in parts on the inner side, so got a new set installed today. The fronts were replaced at the beginning of the year along with an alignment and have only about 3000 miles on them so far. Car rides quiet again and smooth. I wasn't imagining the increased road noise I was hearing from the worn rear tires. Also, this brought up another question. Those of you with noise and/or vibration issues, were your tires spin balanced or road force balanced? I always get mine road force balanced to eliminate any possible vibration from the high and low points of the tires and wheels, and root out a defective tire.

Changed from Pilot Sport 3+ to the newer Pilot Sport 4 S on the front. My sizes identical to yours. The increase in road noise and vibration on the steering wheel is significant

Thanks for sharing. Yeah the PS4S are louder than Cup 2 MO1 that's for sure.
But they have better grip on the street than Cup 2 MO1 and last a lot longer so I'm cool 👍

PS4S are my favorite tire out of Super Sport and Cup 2 and after they wear in a bit they'll quiet down more I've found
