Hi! Here is my experience with my C63 that i have had for 3 months now. This is my first AMG and actually my first Mercedes. I have had previously mostly BMW's M-models E46, E92 and F80 M3. F80 was really nice but i really wanted a estate for more practicality. M3 and C63 are quite close to each other. C63 wins 100-0 in sound. I think that interior quality is little bit better in M3 but i like the AMG performance seats much more than M3's seats. C63 also seems to be technically more reliable. When searching a C63 my must have's were performance seats, performance exhaust, panoramic sun roof and nice to have was Burmester. My C63 is a non-s but luckily it has the performance exhaust. In EU i think that ~50% are are S-models and ~50% non-S. I am more than happy with my non-S. Similar spec S would have been notably more expensive. C63 is really great to drive, sounds amazing, more than enough power, two child seats fit great (another is rear facing seat) and seems to be quite bullet proof technically.
One thing that bugs me is that you can not control the throttle response separately. The drivetrain setting changes both gearbox behavior and throttle response. I would like to change the throttle response separately, gearbox in comfort mode and throttle response in sport+.

I can't speak for your car, but in my 2019 C63S, I have my individual driving set to "comfort" suspension, and "sport" for throttle. You mentioned "gearbox" in comfort, but I assume you mean to say "suspension" in comfort. I'm not sure what is and isn't possible on a non-s, my standard drive mode is Individual which is set to comfort/sport (can't remember if it is choice of Sport or Sport+ and just says Sport), or I drive in Sport+ which is firm, but I can manage it on most roads. My preference is Sport+, but I change to my individual setting when my wife is with me. I still get faster throttle mappings, but drive in comfort mode for the suspension.
Congratulations on the car. It looks great. I was torn between the Blue and the Selenite. Ended up with Selenite as I wanted all the Carbon I could get and I liked that but it was a tough call for me. Enjoy the ride.
Congrats on the new car and welcome. I can tell you are coming from BMW...haha. BMW is pretty much unique in having a separate setting for the engine/throttle response and the transmission. I don't know of another brand that does it this way. Pretty much every other performance car has a single powertrain setting that affects throttle response and transmission at the same time. Some supercars don't even have individual modes that let you mix and match. Ferrari and Lambo for example, but Ferrari at least as the bumpy road button, so you can relax the suspension at any time, but otherwise you don't have individual control over anything. Just the Manettino modes. Lambos have three fixed modes and that's it. McLaren gives you two controls, one adjusts the powertrain and the other one the chassis. For the most part, I'm in manual mode when not in Comfort mode, which makes the shift programs largely irrelevant for me.

Sorry i meant that i would like to have more separate options to configure the cars behavior. I would like to have sharp throttle response and same time gearbox in automode in which automode changes gears early in the rpm range. In BMW M-models you can control the gearbox, throttle, suspension and steering all separately and even have two buttons for individual presets (M1 and M2 buttons).

When i am in Sport+ i always use gearbox in manual mode because i don't like the gearbox behavior in automode in sport+. I really miss the possibility to control the gearbox, throttle, suspension and steering all separately and even have two buttons for individual presets (M1 and M2 buttons).

Since yours is a non-S, you may not have the AMG Drive Unit, unless you optioned it. I sometimes wish we had two individual modes like BMW and now the latest Audi RS models, but then with the AMG Drive Unit you get essentially the M1 button, by pushing the drive mode selector on the right, which immediately activates the Individual mode and on the left you can program/toggle the two most used settings and control them directly from the steering wheel. It's not quite like having a second Individual mode, but I find that I'm only changing a couple of things when I'm in any of the other modes, so this works for me and I like that I can select any of the modes directly from the steering wheel. Really changes the driving experience, IMO.
