I searched around and couldn’t find a similar thread. Both tail lights have multiple white dots all of them. I thought it was overspray or polishing compound but after washing and claying them, they won’t go away? Could it be delaminating from inside?

It's paint. Have you or your neighbours been painting the house? Run over any freshly painted road markings etc?
Easily fixed use a headlight restoration kit, but no need to restore or sand, just use the polishing cream that comes with it and put some on the polishing drill attachment attached to a power drill and work it away.

I’ll look into that but if it were paint wouldn’t their be a bump if running my finger over the bump? It’s completely smooth. Also no other non white area has white spots.
