Something still seems off. I don't understand why someone would try to save a few hundred dollars on a $90k car just to give up functionality. I agree, bring that thing in for a full inspection ASAP.
Careful....it might be a flood car .... open the trunk and remove the floor trims and looks for signs of where water may have been . Its that or someone spilled coffee on the console and fried everything .... would take it somewhere and see if there are any hidden stored codes showing
Carfax doesn’t show anything about flood though smh I’ll check in a few

Carfax won't show it always .... rebuilders are very smart and they buy cars that weren't insured or bring it through different states each time changing the declaration . I worked in insurance for 32 years I've seen it all . I have a brand new ford escape one time that had been rolled and was butchered and there was no dec on it ...It transferred through different states until the title was removed and when I did a search nothing showed up . It took almost a week of investigation to find out it was a declared a total loss and then moved out of state and through 2 other states where it losts it branded title and ended up at a dealership for sale with them unknowing ...its was really obvious it had been repaired ..... every time there is a big flood somewhere flood cars start to show up later ...cleaned up and looking perfect but with time electronics start to short and all kinds of electrical issues appear
Like I said it may just be that someone spilled fluid on the console , more than likely coffee or pop both acidic and will eventually short the switches ...pull the upper console off and unplug the connectors and look for corrosion or discolouration
Idk bro some people are cheap I’m guessing he took the cheap way who knows I know it isn’t a swap though I’m still confused on why would that person put a c300 console smh I’ll just have to buy one and hope for the best at this point

You actually do have the Parktronic Parking Package on your car. You also do have the AMG Perfomance Exhaust System but obviously no button. If the Dynamic Select switch is working, it should be opening the valves for you in Sport+ and Race mode but I can't say for sure based on what kind of mess that wiring could be under there. Someone really messed up your center console, it looks like Black Ash in your photo but you should have AMG Carbon Fiber trim there instead based on the VIN.

If searching for the part is that much of a task, your best bet is to take to dealer and get the part numbers, because if you are not seeing these "important" variances for items and some are minor or major , you will just be going in circles and people will call you a troll more and more..

So after googling a bit, that's the center console control unit for a C300 that you have there, and not a C63. This was either incorrectly replaced, or somebody sold you a C300 with a C63 badge and you are missing 4 cylinders .

*****That was a really expensive soda. I've had my center console off to install an add-on Apple Car Play module (aftermarket), and was amazed at how much wiring is in there along with at the radio head unit a bit more forward of your pic. Spilling a drink anywhere near that area could burn out some really expensive pieces of equipment for sure. Hard to believe someone put what they did in there instead of sourcing the correct replacements. I'm amazed it all works after what looks like residue from a Super Big Gulp and (looks like....) Classic Coke, or mebbe Mountain Dew (my fave).
