2018 c63 base tune
All, I have been trying to decide if I tune my 2018 c63 base. Been looking at EC, RennTech and the (apparently) controversial Kirkland Hans. While the tunes largely seem to be 6 one way, half dozen the other, I am really only concerned about being able to put the power down. Even bone stock I struggle with tire slippage, which really improved when I got the Michelin PS4S tires installed.
So my question is are there any other c63 base owners out there who have tuned their cars? What are the results? It is worth it, or does it make the car undrivable? I have heard that the electronic diff in and the traction control in the "s" series really helps with the additional power. Will a non-s be able to handle a 600+ hp tune and still be drivable? I am not expecting to be able to floor it from a stop, I fully expect the tires to slip in 1st and 2nd gears, but is it manageable?
