How is it holding up? I went and bought a second piano black console from a wrecked W205. I took it to the same person who wrapped my window trim and he messed with it over the weekend and said he couldn't do it. He said that the stress on the console was too much and the wrap wasn't holding. I reached out to a second wrap shop and they wouldn't even look at it and said they don't do interior parts. It never even crossed my mind that two shops that wrap vehicles as their primary business would turn me down.

I read through some of the other posts about this and some of the people were saying it took them 6-9 hours to do. I am 100% confident that I would screw this up as precision is not really my thing when it comes to DIY so this option is off the table.

Has anyone tried to paint the console? Those plastic covers on Amazon and Aliexpress seem cheap and I suspect the fitment isn't great and you would always be able to tell its just a cover. Other options I am not considering?
